Shipping & Delivery:
We ship worldwide. We will do our best to get your order out to the post within 5 days of receiving it, unless we are closed for holidays, or otherwise stated on the website. Drawn Surface operates the individual cost postage price for each item, depending on size, weight and destination, If for any reason you should not receive your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do everything we can to help.

Please note that these are our recommendations for receiving your parcels on time, we are not and cannot be held responsible for any strike action or other unforseen circumstances (extreme weather,etc.) leading to post arriving late.

The Products are shipped from the United Kingdom, individual countries Customs and Tax systems will apply.

The nature of hand made/hand printed goods:

All of the products described as ‘hand made’- are subject to minor discrepancies in colour, registration and consistency. Whilst we endeavor to ensure that our prints and other handmade goods are as well conceived as possible, the nature of the hand made process means that minor defects are not an exception, but the rule of thumb.

In buying such goods you acknowledge the above and that there will be slight variations in the run (print or otherwise) of a single product.
We will not accept returns of any of these goods on the basis that they are defective or do not exactly match the image on the website.
